My goodness what a terrible experience. I ordered a set of white chairs - the order confiormation showed a set of black chairs. I immediate got onto the chat facility on their web site to teel them to check the order and the lady confirms that the correct coulour chairs (white were) order. No surprise, the chairs are delivered after a lengthy wait and its the incorrct clour chairs. I get on to their chat facility again and Im told they will get back to me , if the colour I ordered is availabe they will re-order or else refund me - are they serious - how are companies like this allowed to do run an online business. Why did I not see the red flags ?????????????
