I ordered a uv/led lamp on the 5th of September and I got it on the 14th which was a day earlier than the expected delivery date which was good. But they are really bad with updating the activity tracker when you initially place your order, also when I sent them an email questioning that they told me delivery takes 7 to 10 days which is quite long maybe they can improve on that but overall experience was good
