VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! ZERO STARS. I ordered items from Snatcher Online on 16 August 2022. Paid by credit card on SnapScan, exactly R935. The payment went through my credit card, but nothing, nada, zero delivery. When I enquired, Snatcher said that the payment did not reflect on their side, despite my credit card being debited by Snapscan. I sent them proof of payment, but they demanded copies of my bank account (What for - they have a copy of my credit card statement?), and they are ignoring repeated demands for a refund. This is the second time that I've had this experience with them. STAY AWAY!!!! I am posting my experience on Facebook and Instagram as well. They advertise one thing, and something else arrives or not at all, and then one has to jump through hoops to get your money back. I am still not having any joy or refund.
