If I could, I would'nt even use ONE star at all!! Snatcher must be the worst online shop! They sent me a damaged chair and took 3 weeks to collect, and even went as far to collect at the incorrect address. They simply do not answer any queries once they've received their money you are just another "no matter" case to them. They EVENTUALLY agreed with a refund but doesn't want to refund my money into my bank account but into my Payflex account. I've purchased a few times from them but will honestly never again, as you cannot phone them anymore...I suppose to many complains to handle telephonically. Snatcher should be removed from the internet to prevent future issues to other people!!!
