I order from them for my sons birthday. After 2+ weeks I heard nothing. I messaged them and they said they waiting on a item but it will be delivered within the next week. (Firstly it would've been nice if they could let me know themselves the item is out of stock). Okay a week later and they deliver my package. One of my items is missing. Yes again I message them and asks where is my item. They say oh sorry it is out of stock. I need to request a refund or store credit. So after 3 weeks of waiting they never let me know about this is item and if I didn't message them they would've kept my money too. (ps. the item is over R500) for me that is a lot of money. I am sad by the service and lack of communication. Will definitely not order from them again.
