I placed an order and needed assistance to add to it and sent numerous emails to this company only to be completely ignored, the phone number listed does not work, when I call I am being told it is either outside of their business hours and when you call during business hours you are told this number cannot accept incoming calls!!! What a load of bull. I asked to speak to the owner or the manager and was ignored yet again, I requested a refund and was ignored again. So they have taken my money and completely ignored my numerous requests for assistance
