Wish there was a no-star option! I’m furious! Purchased a pair of Frozen sandals for my little girl. After days had gone by I contacted Snatcher to find out where my order was. Was told they were waiting to receive it from the supplier. So I patiently waited some more. When FINALLY my order arrived, it was the wrong shoes. I then contacted customer support who were only concerned about getting the wrong product back and made no mention of a SINCERE apology or effort to send the correct product. I then emailed and expressed my frustration. To which I received a very rude email telling me that I needed to print out (who even does that anymore??) FOUR copies of a form. These then need to be handed over to the courier. I was told to put the product in a new box as any damage to the product (WHICH I DID NOT ORDER) would mean they wouldn’t accept the return!!! This process could take up to two weeks and ONLY THEN would the correct product be dispatched!!!! I am absolutely disgusted!!! Most pathetic company ever!
