Ordered 4 items on Black Friday. A week or so later courier delivered 3 of the 4 items with no explanation or packing slip inside. After trying the online chat, I eventually sent an online complaint. I was then told the item was out of stock. Provided my banking details for a refund and they now tell me their policy is 7 working days for refunds! I can't see that policy anywhere and as others have stated, they do not answer any phone calls. We won't buy again!
