No tracking available. Order was done on 3rd Dec and after waiting 10 working days, it was still not delivered. The contact number and chat option on the website is not in service. You don't get responses to queries. Order just shows paid and processing. No peace of mind. Every other online store gives you a tracking number but don't expect one from snatcher. I eventually managed to get ahold of them through FB messenger to obtain a tracking number. Called Courier guy and was told that my parcel is with them and I need to wait another 4 days to receive it. That's 23 working days. I ordered from Shein on the 5th Dec and already received my package from China, yet snatcher cannot deliver from Jhb to Durban in the time promised on their site. They continue to bombard my email with promotions yet cannot even deliver what you order. Pathetic. Do not recommend this site. Stay away for your own sanity.
