Ordered on 3 December. 10 to 15 day delivery. Nope, not true. it is now the 26th of December and there is no inkling of a delivery. Follow up? Jip. Standard replies, "apologies for the delay", "courier company backlog", etc. Avoid this business. I requested a refund. "Nope, you cannot get a refund". They ignore the customer protection act and are flippant with their false advertising.
