Placed & paid for an order on 5 November. Nothing received and no refund forthcoming. SNATCHER are a disgrace, stealing from South Africans. How you are allowed to actually run a business is of MAJOR concern! You cannot speak to anyone at Snatcher and you just get standard replies.
