Poor customer service. I sent 4 messages to them on their website to find out where my order is and have not received any reply’s. Their shipping time is a total hoax it’s been a month and my order hasn’t even been packaged! There is no telephone number to call and now I know why. I spent thousands of rands on an order that I expected to be delivered and nothing has been done. No reply no order. These items where supposed to be gifts for my family and it’s gone way passed the time and some have left to back home. It was embarrassing not having gifts as I promised and I did not have money to buy replacements as I spent so much with Snatcher, all they did was Snatch my money and no response. I am extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend anyone buying anything from this site.
