Cannot believe them. I ordered on the 1st March and paid via debit card. Went to my profile said I didn't make a purchase. I immediately emailed. They asked me for EFT proof, I said it was a bank payment via the portal. They never responded back. I emailed numerous times after and the same answer. We have escalated your query to finance dept. They have my money they don't need the finance dept. They need to tell me when I will get my order. I will never buy from them again. Sometimes cheaper is not the better. Learnt my lesson.
