EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I purchased a tap from them on the 1st March 2023 and haven't received anything. When I emailed them on the 14th March 2023 regarding my order and someone by the name of Andile Mncube (Customer Support Agent) replied saying "Good day Phumlile Trust you are well, Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in communication with you regarding your order Please note we are doing a follow up with procurement regarding your order We will revert back to you soonest Have a good day further Kind Regards Andile Mncube ~ Customer Support Agent Snatcher Online How was my response today?" but NO Update has been given to date. Now, no one is responding to my emails or DMs. I demand an update on my order or I will be forced to involve the authority on this scam. We work hard for our money to just be scammed by you.
