Purchased a headboard towards end of April.
Received the item 28 April.
The item was damaged.
Immediately emailed them.
I was advised that the courier would collect the default product.
It's been two weeks.
No call.
No one responds to my emails.
I can't get my refund nor get the replacement.
So frustrating.
