Ordered a phone for my son's birthday gift. After delays in delivery, the parcel finally arrived. It was however disappointing that in less than a week, the phone kept freezing couldn't make calls, just stopped working. I sent an email to which I got a response, courier came to collect the phone to be inspected. Then a week later I was told that it is indeed defective, asked to provide my banking details which I did but ever since I've been getting the runaround. 3 weeks later still no refund and no effort from snatcher to explain the delay. THEY ARE REAL FRAUDSTERS!!!!!
