they did the exact same thing to me. they delivered a damaged product, collected it - acknowledged damage, requested my banking details, but 6/7 weeks later, no funds received!!!!! received product and reported 10/11 july - accepted to get an exchange on 18 july, 4 aug they escalate, it's now 26 aug
