Don't order from them! I ordered on the 13th of September and after 2 weeks of not hearing anything I emailed them only to find out one of the items had no stock, even though it was still listed on the website as having stock! They then said I'd receive a refund and send the other items.
Another week went by and I asked again about my order and now another item I ordered is suddenly unavailable! My kid's birthday was over a week ago and she still hasn't received her presents as a result of Snatcher's incompetence!!
