DO NOT BUY FROM SNATCHER, THEY ARE SUPER FRAUDS!
Bought products, 2 of 4 faulty. Reported it. Faulty items collected with refund promised in "turnaround time of 7days". Today, 21days later, NO REFUND YET! New excuse... "huge backlog of refunds at accounts department". Pathetic customer service via email not regularly answered (or ignored - lady with the name Ruth) and when eventually, then with the same standard wording reply. NO EFFORT MADE TO FIND OUT STATUS QUO - EASIER JUST TO SEND A STANDARD REPLY AND THEN TO IGNORE THE CUSTOMER AFTERWARDS!!!
