Ordered 2 adult money heist costumes for Halloween that came with masks. The costumes sent were kiddies costumes and there were no masks. I returned both products on the 19 October 2023 and i am still yet to receive my refund. Upon following up, i am told that it has been escalated. Why is a customer been given the run around, i wished i could of have the seen the reviews of this website before placing an order.
