Snatcher deserves zero rating, such poor customer service and false advertising. It is painful to deal with Snatcher when it comes to return an item and receive a refund. On the app they advertised that the juicer comes with x 2 cones (x1 for large and x1 for small citrus fruits) where the juicer I received only came with one small cone. The flip-up drip spout is also very flimsy. It is frustrating enough to receive an item that is not as they advertise, and even more frustrating to arrange collection and a refund. In addition they want to charge clients a 15% 'handling fee' if the client changes their mind (To date they still insist that the reason for return is that I changed my mind, which is even more frustrating!). It took them almost a month to come and collect the item, and I still haven't received my refund, item was collected on 17/11/2023 already! Shocking!
