I made a payment to snatcher for my order, instead of the order confirmation message. Snatcher generated a message which reads " Sorry the payment amount does not match the order amount, please contact us", That is not true, The total order amount was deducted from my account. I couldn't go through their phone lines an email has since been sent to them with no response from their side. I need the goods ordered or my money back.
