I bought a phone Ring 9 pro on 23 October,the phone is extremely overheating then switches itself off, battery sometimes last few one hour,i reported to snatcher, asking for exchange of product,i didn't get response,then later I was asked to send phone pictures and packaging,I did exactly that.Now im being asked to send a videos of faults,How do i take a video of overheating ,seems like im being asked for impossibilities now.If its that difficult to change the phone ,I would like to have my money back
