I placed an order on the 21st of November 2023 and have been given the runaround and still don't have my order. I had to ask for a tracking number and when I received it, saw the pickup canceled after the 3rd attempt to fetch it because it was never ready to be dispatched. I kept being given excuse after excuse, I asked for some to call and explain why there was delay and that never happened. I kept following up and was told they would check with the courier, and given apologies for the inconvenience. One email said, contact had been made with the courier and that's all, no reason for the delay, no tracking number. I tried to call only to hear that due to the nature of their business they don't take calls. I am livid and will never do business with them again. I have now requested a refund and will see how long that takes to be processed. I'm tired of waiting, and of the excuses and what I assume are untruths told to pacify their angry clients.
