Absolute worst service ever. Ordered a gift for my granddaughter. one month later still has not been delivered. No updates unless I query it myself even though i get told they will revert and everytime same canned response about suppliers. Got told item i wanted was out of stock 2 weeks after ordering and after 2 emails asking on update. Get asked if I would take an alternative which i agreed... still no delivery so why the heck offer me an alternative if you cant deliver it either?? . Asked them to cancel and get told they are waiting for supplier to refund me the money .. i didnt pay the supplier i paid you Snatcher. Get your house in order .. this is not how you treat customers! Last time I ever order from them!
