My mum ordered a white airfryer from Snatcher, assuming that it's a reputable company. A black airfryer was delivered instead. My mum returned the product and requested a refund, as Snatcher did not have the colour she wanted. It is almost 2 months and she still hasn't received her refund, despite numerous emails sent to the customer care department.
