I am waiting now 4 months for my money back (refund) I am sending them every week an email and now they don't even respond to me. Snatcher refund policy is that they claim to refund you within 7 working days, but it is now 4 months. The products that I order from them was out of stock and they decided to send me "alternative" products that I didn't even agree to, and the "alternative" products was used and broken and incomplete. I send it back, but now I struggle to get my money out of them!!! Empty promises every week.
