I bought a number of items and two weeks passed without any communication about my delivery, until I contacted them and they deliver. Upon receiving my order, I was not happy with the quality of some of my items. I lodge a return and followed every instruction and was also aware that they will deduct 15% but it's been three to four weeks now I have not received my refund. I don't know what to do now, I am just helpless.
