Placed an order on 29/04/2024. Immediately after authorizing the online payment, their system/site reported that my payment had been unsuccessful. I then logged in onto my online banking profile to request for the payment reversal. While i was still waiting for the bank to process my request, Snatcher kept on sending me email reminders to complete my purchase
(meaning they wanted me to pay again for the same items that I had already paid for. I responded to one of tbeir emails to tell them maybe I'll order again after receiving a refund of the first payment that I've already made but which their system didn't recognize. They Immediately responded with an email promising that the matter was going to be looked into and addressed in 48hours. Until today, I am still waiting. I've sent them an email to remind them that the promised 48hrs has long passed but I haven't seen my refund, and they haven't responded. I'll only be pursuing the matter with the bank now, because clearly no refund will ever come from Snatcher.
