Snatcher doesn't deserve even the one star, they sold me a bag that was not available from the supplier so I never got that bag, they said to have processed my refund from the 17th of April, today is the 23rd of May and my refund hasn't been done yet, they have fugue responses and not taking any accountability, they even lied to me and said they will process my refund in 48hours and that was the 10th of May, I hate the treatment I'm getting from Snatcher, I have emails to prove this bad treatment
