Disgusting setup - stay FAR, FAR away! They sent my item with parts mussing (which took FOR EVER to be delivered, and after complaining they hide behind their terms and conditions). I was advised to send the goods back, after which there was radio silence. After following up I was told that they were waiting for a reply from the supplier. Again I had to follow up, after which Iw as promised a refund within 7 - 10 working days. 10 days later, nothing. Again I follow up and am now being told that "the refund will be processed asap". Stay far, far away from this setup away.
