Snatcher stated that they had the items I ordered in stock, via e-mail & telephonic call with an agent only for them on the day of delivery tell me that the items weren't in stock. They proceeded to state I should expect a refund in the space of 10 days. Mind you I made payment on 26 April 2024 & it is now Mid June 2024. Every time I make an inquiry as to where is my refund I am assured it has been referred to their finance department & that it will be sent. But for over 6 weeks? They've failed to refund an amount of a mere R627.00? What a joke. Worse I was a first-time client who is unemployed and needed what was ordered for my small upcoming business venture. Disappointed is the least I feel. I am more disappointed in myself for giving them the benefit of the doubt & ignoring all the negative remarks left online hoping that such dismal customer service wouldn't be imparted unto me but I was very wrong.
