I ignored the bad reviews about this company and gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking that so long as they delivered my product I'd be okay. Big mistake! I needed to return a KVM switch I bought because it didn't work with my setup. Each time I tried to arrange for the return I had to be the one to contact customer support. They are not proactive at all. I've been waiting for the last 14 business days for a refund they said would be processed in 7 - 10 business days. Nothing! When you follow up, they say they are sorry and will process it ASAP. No date no commitment...nothing. It feels scammy or they are in financial trouble because with all the complaints people have I doubt they are financially viable as a business. The best thing to do is STAY AWAY. I hope this saves someone from the pain I'm going through.
