I bought a chair for the office, which firstly was delivered in a broken box held together with duct tape. The chair was assembled and worked for a few days until it sagged down, meaning the hydrolics of the chair gave in. After just a few days, i contacted snather, they asked for pics of the chair which was sent as well as a video but to date they have not offered to replace....I need to ask to buy a broken chair, I paid for a new chair!!! Theor after sales is really non existent
