I bought a vacuum clean, that only looked like a Toy upon delivery, I immediately send an email to ask for returm/refund.
They told me I m responsible for the return and gave me the Adress and courier I mast use.
I did that, now it's been 10days since I ha returned the Toy vacuum.
I have been trying to correspond via email,bt no one is responding.
I want my money back... I have contacted consumer council of SA.
Snatcher is scam... Don't order anything from it
