Incredible slimy company. I cancelled the order on the website. they proceeded to process the order. when eventually i spoke to a guy there he told me sorry its shipped. sick thing is i wanted to upgrade the product to the full product not just a spare. still not received a refund. DON"T USE THEM. SCAM ARTISTS
