BUYERS BEWARE!!! This company has a long history of malpractice and disregard for basic consumer rights. It's shocking that Snatcher has not yet had their trading license revoked and is being allowed to continue operating in SA. Please do not fall victim to this deceitful and fraudulent company as I and many others have. If it's already too late and you have any ongoing issues with Snatcher that you would like to pursue please consider referring the matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) for resolution. This service is free and can be very helpful. Hopefully with enough push back Snatcher can be shut down and the people responsible charged accordingly.
