Horrible 🚮 I purchased a book from Snatcher Online 3 June 2024. The order was never delivered. I kept following up with them. They kept telling me excuses until I requested a refund earlier July 2024. Until today 21 August 2024 I haven’t received my refund. They keep telling me they have escalated my refund. One of their agents told me I would receive my refund within 48 hours, of which I didn’t receive it and I sent an email and they copied and pasted their previous responses saying they have escalated my refund. For two months they’re escalating my refund. This is so sickening. I feel scammed of my money I worked hard for. I hope no one buys anything from them again. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY REFUND. They are literally refusing with it.
