I have placed this order on 05/08/24(order number #393494), to surprise my wife but till today order not delivered, no word from your company, no progress updates nothing at all. Your contact number on website doesn't work either, I have filled in numerous forms no feedback from you at all. Are you going to deliver my package or refund my money? So disappointed with your service.
