I cancelled my order with them and asked for a refund because they neglected to respond to my messages about changing my order. It’s almost three weeks now and no refund from them. This is after they sent me an email that it will only take 7 days to process. The name SNATCHER says it all! I am amazed they are still in business after reading all these negative comments about them! Wow … and they keep on snatching hardworking people’s money!! RAPTURES!
