I purchased some items in June and my account was debited twice to the same value. I brought that to their attention and was told that they would refund my money. That was in June already, it is now September and I am still awaiting my refund. Everytime I e-mailed a certain person, I was told that they have a backlog and that the refund would be processed soon. How much longer must I wait?
To top it all, their landline does not work!
