I have received my order in about 2 weeks time, but the wax rollers I ordered melted on the outside where you are suppose to hold it and to make matters worse I burned my hand on the product. The worst part is that I have been struggling to get snatcher to arrange pickup for the product. They promise pickup will be tomorrow and then no one shows. They waste your time and money and they do not care. Send numerous emails and phoned about 10 times and still all I have to show for it is a burned hand, wasted time, money and airtime. Will not recommend or use Snatcher ever again.
