I bought a pair of shoes as a gift but they ended up being the wrong size and so I tried to return them. I eneded up having to pay close to $30 to ship them back and they recieved the return on November 10th, 2020 and as of today December 15th, 2020 I have yet to hear anything from SNS about processing my return. I have emailed them numerous times and only get a generic "we will get to your order" message everytime. I have called the hot line and nobody ever answers. At this point I am going to the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint. This is absolutely ridiculous!
