I honestly wouldn’t even leave 1 star, I wish I could just leave 0. This is supposed to be a trusted brand in the streetwear industry but I will never shop here again. First I ordered a sweatshirt and a lip balm on Black Friday and they cancelled my order without saying anything at first. I got my refund before I even got an email from them saying it had been cancelled so the only reason I knew it was cancelled was because a refund randomly appeared in my account. They claimed to have cancelled my order because the lip balm was “expired” so why couldn’t you still send me my hoodie aka the reason I ordered it in the first place? Granted this was Black Friday so my order was 25% off. So they place my hoodie back on their website and it is the only place I can find it so I ordered it again for $20 more because of the no Black Friday anymore. I ordered on the 1st and have yet to get a shipping confirmation and today is the 13th. They will not respond, their phone number doesn’t work, and they say on their website to order by the 14th for Christmas delivery but that seems highly unlikely considering I haven’t gotten my order from the FIRST.
