SNS took my money, but their faulty website went down and are claiming that “the transactions were refused by your bank, so no charges have been made” - a complete lie. As I’ve shown them, both on my online payment transaction and bank account shows that the money was taken out by them. So, not only am I not going to received the item I’ve purchased, they are either lying about not having received my money or have an appalling system where they have no idea which customers have paid what and when. Plus their customer service is awful and extremely slow. I have no idea if the money they have wrongly taken from me will be returned. This is a disaster.
