On the website of Sneakersnstuff.com (SNS) I saw an offer of 25% discount if you ordered two sale items. After placing multiple items in the shopping cart, the calculation idd showed a 25% discount. Unfortunately, during checkout, I did not pay close attention to the amount that was debited from my account. Upon receiving the confirmation email, it turned out that I had not received the 25%. Report this directly to SNS. After three days I received the answer that they do not make refunds and do not settle discounts afterwards, but that I could cancel the order. I requested this by email, when there was no response, so the order was finally delivered. Then I filed a complaint about the hallways, but SNS does not approach me in any way. SNS has lost me as a customer and I will not recommend them to others.
