The large console dog seat has only been used on a few local trips. Our Carine terrier fits ok in it with my Subaru outback (it is scrunched a bit),but is awesome in my husbands truck. With the quick trips our dog has not taken the time to lay down. Hoping she gets more relaxed on a longer trip. The dog seat is well made and we had no problems installing.
