I ordered three items and realized as soon as I had placed the order that one was a mistake. Company was very gracious about working with me on that. The snuggly cave pet bed was taken over by the cat within seconds of inserting the cushion into the cover. The steps are outstanding. Even the dog who has refused to use a step to get on the sofa found the Snoozer scallop design easy to navigate. Good company and good products.
