Hi. It’s very fluffy so neither vizsla will get in!! I tried to get in a d it ripped on the side. We also read to take the bar out of the top but there is now way to do that. We bought 2 and didn’t open one yet. Did we buy the wrong one? We have 2 vizslas and bought 2 extra larges
