I wanted to praise the customer service highly. We had a bit of an issue with the fleece shedding after a few months (mentioned in other reviews) . Hence dropping one star. I contacted Snoozer expecting to receive a comment regarding wear and tear etc being the cause, but was very impressed with the prompt response. I did send some photos showing the issue. A replacement cover was dispatched and arrived yesterday (five days after l first contacted them). Great communication from customer service. I would definitely recommend Snoozer. My whippet loves his bed. He took a few days to work out how to use it, but is just perfect for him. The only thing l would suggest is putting a fleece or cover over the bed as if you have a dog that sheds the material picks this up and it is difficult to brush off (even with a lint roller). My dog sometimes enjoys just lying on top as it is so comfortable. I have attached a picture of our whippet inside a large Khaki bed. Plenty of room for him and his long limbs!
